- 5+ years in people management
- Deep specialization in TA for technical roles within technology companies
- Proven ability to translate business strategy into talent strategy with AI-driven sourcing and workforce insights across EMEA
- Track record of data-driven, multi-channel sourcing and AI-enabled candidate discovery and pipeline creation
- Strong metrics ownership and capability to define success, track outcomes, and drive continuous improvement
- Experience leading quarterly planning cycles with clear goals and accountability
- Trusted advisor to senior leaders with evidence-based, predictive analytics
