As a Business Analyst , you're the link between the business and the developers .
We're building AI into every stage of our product development lifecycle, from discovery and analysis to specification, testing and documentation.
Translate business processes into structured requirements, epics and user stories, with acceptance criteria clear enough for both developers and AI agents to work from; Use AI tools throughout your analysis: exploring the domain, modelling processes, drafting stories and specifications, and reviewing what the AI produces before it reaches the team; Take an activepart in Scrum ceremonies such as refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives; Share what works when using AI for analysis,



so your team and the wider Product organization can learn from it.
You work well in cross-functional, international teams, you listen carefully, and you can explain things clearly to business people and engineers alike.
We care more about curiosity, sound judgement and a good grasp of the business behind the software.
Experience as a Business Analyst in a software product or delivery environment; Skills in business process modelling, requirements elicitation and documentation, using tools like Draw.Io, Figma or Visio; Comfort working in Agile/Scrum teams with tools like Jira and Confluence; Experience with spec-driven development or writing specifications for AI agents is a plus; Adaptable working hours, opportunity to work from home up to 2 days per week .
