We are currently looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join us at our facility in Asturias (Spain). The purpose of this position is to receive and process customer orders and to provide service information to external customers or potential customers on various types of customer orders, including complex and/or export orders, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage customer service inquiries to ensure requirements are met. Make root cause analysis, solve problems, and process customer complaints and returns, according to the Complaint Management process and return policies. Performs quality control checks and takes subsequent corrective actions.
Ensure quality data integrity and accuracy: customer master data maintenance, materials, invoicing, inventory management, reconciliation, transfer pricing, etc.



data management team; 2 years of experience in a customer-oriented position Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience Advanced fluency in German and English language skills. Professional French level would be a valuable asset Computer knowledge: Proficient in Word and Excel. Good knowledge of SAP would be beneficial.
