Experteer Overview In this role you will advise on consumer law across major European jurisdictions, focusing on Spain, Germany, France, Italy and the UK, as part of a small international Business Legal team.
You'll draft and maintain terms for websites and products, and coordinate with authorities and internal teams to embed legal concepts in business practices.
You'll horizon-scan regulatory changes, train colleagues, and manage external counsel.

Compensaciones / Beneficios • Advise on consumer law across our websites, products, and services, including travel subscription program • Draft, update and maintain terms and conditions for websites/apps and products/services • Manage interactions with public administrations and consumer protection authorities across key European jurisdictions • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed legal concepts into business practices • Contribute to internal Know How and guidance documents • Monitor upcoming regulatory changes and assist with implementation • Provide training to team members and business stakeholders • Oversee outside counsel and budget • Support other legal and business teams as needed Responsabilidades • Degree in Law with qualification to practice in a European jurisdiction (Spain, Germany, France, or UK) • Fluent in English; professional proficiency in a second European language (Spanish, German, French, or Italian) • 5+ years' professional experience as a lawyer, with private practice and/or in-house consumer law focus • Strong consumer law knowledge and digital sector experience • Experience managing procedures with public administrations or travel industry knowledge preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft complex legal texts • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management abilities • Versatility to assist in a wide range of matters Requisitos principales • Prime Plus membership • competitive salary and benefits package • relocation support • adaptable benefits • hybrid home-office model • premium equipment with lifecycle program
