ProfileFormation supérieure en commerce, gestion, ingénierie ou équivalent
2 à 5 ans d'expérience en Customer Success Management, Account Management ou fonctions similaires, idéalement en environnement SaaS
Expérience avérée dans la gestion de comptes B2B et la relation client en entreprise
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
Compétences en gestion de projet et en animation de parties prenantes
