Experteer Overview You will serve as a key analytical partner for Glovo's commercial teams, unlocking revenue and growth opportunities through data-driven insights. You’ll support pricing, performance analysis and monetisation initiatives for ads, spanning from problem framing to impact measurement. Working with cross-functional teams, you will build scalable dashboards, forecast revenue and improve decision-making. This role offers ownership of analytical projects and a clear path to influence product, sales and commercial outcomes. You will contribute to a fast-paced, data-driven culture at Glovo HQ with a focus on scaling the Ads business.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Define and evolve KPIs, data models and funnels to improve revenue visibility
- Translate business questions into actionable insights for product, sales and commercial decisions
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Support revenue forecasts, variance analyses and growth models

- Own analytical initiatives from problem definition through delivery and impact measurement

- 2-4 years in a quantitative analysis role, ideally in a commercial context
- Strong SQL skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset to handle ambiguous questions
- Ability to communicate analyses with clear narratives and visualisations
- Experience building hypotheses and validating them through analysis or experimentation
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Collaborative, able to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Excellent spoken and written English
