This role will focus on analyzing digital operational processes and leveraging automation and AI?enabled solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the organization.
The adecuado candidate is analytical, technically curious, and comfortable translating business needs into automated workflows and intelligent solutions.
You will own solutions in production end?to?end, from design and implementation to monitoring, iteration, and adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, manual effort, and automation opportunities Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand end?to?end processes Design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows using automation platforms, scripts, and AI?enabled tools Apply AI capabilities (e.making and process performance Develop process documentation, flow diagrams, and automation specifications Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements Support change management by providing training, documentation,
