We're looking for a Cantonese-Speaking Booking Reservation to join our growing international team in Malaysia. If you're detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone, e-mail and fax.
Handle customer requests by phone and e-mail.
Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations.
Make outbound calls to hotels/guests to arrangement special requests.
Act as liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints.
Manage relationships with hotels by providing high levels of customer service and account management support.
What We're Looking For
Fluent in English & Cantonese
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong commercial understanding
Good problem-solving skills
Responsible and able to work independently
Customer-oriented attitude
Experience in customer care, internet, or hotel industry (preferred)
Adaptable with rotating shifts
Willing to work at G-Tower, Malaysia
