Position: Private Equity Associate – Consumer & Leisure (France/Europe)Type: ContractCompensation: $100–$120/hourLocation: RemoteCommitment: ***** hours/weekRole ResponsibilitiesBuild a working financial model of an assigned consumer / leisure transaction from a synthetic deal document pack.Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions.Peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against a fixed set of criteria.




Provide a short written rationale for each and a completed review scorecard.Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy and quality in model outputs.QualificationsMust-Have2–4 years total experience : ~2 years investment banking (Consumer / Retail or generalist M&A; — ideally Paris, London, or elsewhere in Europe) followed by 1–2 years in mid-market or large-cap private equity.Currently or recently an Associate at a mid-market or large-cap PE fund with a consumer / leisure / multi-site services focus (fitness clubs, owned vs. franchise, multi-site roll-ups); a Paris office or French deal experience is preferred.Able to build a financial model from source documents, without a template.
