- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or Electronics and Automation, or Energy-related degrees)
- Master's degree completed or nearing completion

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Multidisciplinary interest (electronics, software, power systems, automation)
