Tackle new challenges across various domains to keep improving our product and processes.The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy 2+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in finance-related fields (proptech, payments, crypto, insurance, etc.)2+ years of proven success leading consumer-facing products1+ year managing cross-functional teams (Product Owners at Huspy directly manage Engineering, Operations, and Design)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalA strong eye for UX/UI and understanding of design best practicesWe don't expect you to code, but you should feel comfortable discussing deep technical topics with engineering teams and the platform users.Strong analytical skills with a solid business sense to prioritize tasks based on impact and return on investment (ROI)Experience in driving product vision, and clearly communicating with leadership, customers, and partnersA hands-on attitude: you take initiative and are ready to tackle major projects directly.Ability to deliver results in ambiguous situations and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Work Setup Hybrid in Dubai or Madrid, remote anywhere in the EU.
