WE ARE HIRING: ONSITE IT SUPPORT ENGINEER L2 – SPAIN!Excis is a global leader in IT support services, driven by innovation, collaboration, and continuous development.We are looking for acustomer-oriented and technically skilled Onsite IT Support Engineer (L2)to provide reliable IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver exceptional service to end users, including VIPs and senior management.This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a corporate IT environment.Our General Presence:Customers in190+ countriesYOUR RESPONSIBILITIESProvide onsite and remote L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones, and other IT peripherals.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, Windows, connectivity, and printing issues.Install, configure, refresh, and test IT equipment for new employees and existing users in accordance with approved standards.Configure and prepare equipment for shipment to other sites or employees' homes.Manage incidents and service requests through ticketing systems, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Prioritize VIP, Sales-related, and other high-priority requests, delivering professional, customer-focused support.ProvideSmart Hands support, assisting remote technical teams with onsite interventions involving servers and network equipment.Support meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment, including video conferencing systems, smart TVs, and projectors.Maintain spare equipment inventories and update asset records promptly for assignments, replacements, theft, retirement, and other status changes.Follow up with dissatisfied users to resolve outstanding issues, improve customer satisfaction, and prevent recurring incidents.Document technical issues,
