we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!
As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will partner closely with Staff Engineers and engineering leaders on cross-team, cross-repository initiatives that strengthen Fever's technical foundation.
In this individual-contributor leadership role, you will act as the connective tissue between our strategic vision and cross-squad engineering execution.
You will turn architectural direction into executable programs, coordinate dependencies across multiple teams, surface risks early, and create the visibility and alignment needed to deliver foundational improvements in developer experience, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do Lead end-to-end planning and delivery for high-impact technical programes that span multiple engineering teams: including platform modernization, CI/CD improvements, reliability upgrades, and system migrations.
Partner with Staff Engineers and Engineering leaders to convert technical strategy and architecture decisions into clear milestones and execution cadences , proactively surfacing risks, trade-offs, and managing dependencies across squads.
