Extensive knowledge ofregulated environments (e.g. GxP)andInformation Technology
Proven experience ensuringIT systems and data pipelinescomply withregulatory requirements
Experience inaudit preparation and participation(internal and external)
Strong background inrisk assessment, including identification of validation gaps and definition of mitigation measures
Ability tomanage multiple validation projectssimultaneously and work withtight deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate withcross-functional teams(IT, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.)
Excellentdocumentation skillsand attention to detail
Professional level ofEnglish(spoken and written); any additional language is a plus
SupportIT System Leadsin ensuring thatvalidated data pipelineswithin HP Operations domains (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain Management, etc.) are fully compliant withlegal, regulatory, and corporate standards
Oversee thecomplete lifecycle of data pipeline validation, from design to deployment, with a strong focus onrisk mitigation, data integrity, and audit readiness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams todefine validation strategies and plansfor new software systems and data pipelines
Coordinate and supportvalidation activitiesacross various departments,



ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality expectations
Conductrisk assessmentsto identify potential validation gaps and ensure appropriatemitigation measuresare implemented
Ensure that all validation activities adhere to relevantregulatory standardsand internalcompliance policies
Maintainaccurate, complete, and up-to-date validation documentation, ensuring traceability and inspection readiness
Support IT System Leads in maintainingIT compliance for platform components, including: Change control
Configuration and installation testing
Functional and requirements testing
Periodic reviews and exception monitoring
Contribute toaudit preparation and participation, providing evidence and explanations related to validation and compliance activities
