In this role, you will take charge of telephone sales for wine products, advising prospective and existing clients with enthusiasm and professionalism while working on-site in the island capital.Your day-to-day focus revolves around customer communication and commercial telephone sales.
Specifically, your primary tasks include:Conducting telephone sales calls to present and sell wine selections to customersAdvising clients on products and answering their questions with professional careBuilding trust over the phone to establish long-term customer relationshipsMaintaining accurate records of your sales activities and customer communicationsMeeting personal and team sales targets under the guidance of commercial standardsTo be considered for this opening, you must bring a proven track record in direct customer advisory or commercial sales.
