Experteer Overview As CRM Marketing Manager at OLX, you will design and drive data‑driven, cross-channel CRM campaigns to boost acquisition, activation and retention across OLX brands and markets. You’ll build automated lifecycle journeys for buyers, sellers, and professional users, collaborating with product and MarTech to scale solutions. You’ll test, measure business impact, and iteratively improve consent, data quality, and personalization at scale. This role blends experimentation, cross‑functional collaboration, and AI‑assisted optimization to fuel category growth.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Deliver CRM messages and campaigns across email, push, and in-product channels for the designated category
- Design, launch and optimize automated lifecycle journeys for buyers, sellers, and professional users
- Grow the category’s consented addressable base and address data-quality gaps for the CRM function head
- Design, run and interpret tests (in-channel and incrementality), scale proven solutions across markets
- Set weekly priorities with the Strategy, Planning and Operations Lead and report outcomes




- Propose motions for a reusable CRM library and define requirements for new CRM channels with the MarTech teamResponsabilidades
- 4 to 6 years in marketing with hands-on CRM, lifecycle, engagement or retention experience in a digital platform or marketplace
- Experience in classifieds, e-commerce or other multi‑sided marketplaces
- Build and run automated journeys in a CRM or marketing automation platform across email, push and in-product
- Experience with Braze (or equivalent) and collaboration with tech/product teams on implementations
- Data-driven: design tests, analyze results and explain business impact
- User-centric: convert insights into end-to-end consumer journeys
- Intrapreneurial: comfortable creating new solutions in a matrix with ambiguity
- Use AI in day-to-day CRM work (copy drafting, segmentation, personalization, analysis speed)
