We are looking for aGlobal Manager Recruiting Process & Systemsto lead and evolve our recruiting process and technology worldwide.
This is a strategic role within ourPeople+ division, working at the intersection of HR, IT, and innovation.
Your mission:You will drive the global design, performance, and future development of our recruiting platform.
You will work closely with international stakeholders and actively shape how we attract talent worldwide.
Your key responsibilities include:Acting asGlobal System Ownerfor SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
Managing, optimizing, and continuously developing theSuccessFactors Recruiting module
Partnering closely withIT teams and HR stakeholdersacross global subsidiaries
Planning and leadingsystem upgrades, releases, testing cycles, and rollouts
Designing and implementingaglobal recruiting process,incl.
reporting and KPIs
Identifying and introducinginnovative technologies, digital solutions, and AI-driven approachesto further optimize recruiting
What you bring:ABachelor's or Master's degreein computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field
Proven track record inrecruiting process and system optimizationon a integral scale
Experience in working withSAP SuccessFactors Recruiting,




Curiosity and enthusiasm forfurther digital tools, and application of AI in Recruiting
Experience ininternationalproject management
Stronganalytical, conceptual, and structured thinking
Solid understanding ofGDPR, compliance, and audit requirementsin an international context
Fluent English(spoken and written);German is a plus, but not a requirement
Excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate across cultures, and a high level of independence
