role We are looking for a creative, proactive and people-oriented
Admission Officer Trainee to join our Bachelor Admissions team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated student or recent
graduate who is interested in Admissions, Marketing, Communication
and Customer Engagement, and who would like to gain hands-on
experience in an international business school environment. The
trainee will work closely with the Admissions team, supporting both
prospective student engagement and communication activities , as
well as the day-to-day management and follow-up of prospective

an international environment, we would love to hear from you. Key
Responsibilities Draft, review and adapt emailings and promotional
communications for prospective students and families. Create and
coordinate content for Newsletters. Support the creation and




publication of Social Media content. Create, edit and manage visual
content using Canva. Support the Admissions Manager with the
follow-up and management of leads and prospective students. Assist
with the organisation and follow-up of events and engagement
activities. Assist the Admissions Advisor with the onboarding
procedures for new students. Provide general support to the
Bachelor Admissions team in daily activities and projects.
Contribute with ideas and initiatives to improve the candidate
experience and engagement journey. Requirements Current university
student or recent graduate , preferably in Business, Marketing,
Communication, International Relations, Tourism or a related field.
English level: minimum B2. A higher level is highly valued.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. People-oriented
profile with strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Good
knowledge of Canva and intermediate Excel skills. Comfortable
working in an international and multicultural environment. Positive
attitude, flexibility and willingness to learn. What do we offer?
