Experteer Overview In this role you will lead cross-functional design, testing, cutover and issue resolution on a major SAP S/4HANA program.
You operate across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and more, translating designs into end-to-end scenarios and linking delivery to transformation.
You drive integrated testing and cutover playbooks, unblock defects, and engage business leadership.
You will collaborate with integral teams on multi-country rollouts and leverage AI-enabled testing where possible.
Compensaciones / Beneficios • Lead cross-functional issue resolution to unblock defects, design gaps, and master data dependencies.
• Oversee testing strategy and participate in SIT, UAT, regression, integration, performance, and validation testing for multi-country rollout; apply AI acceleration where possible.
• Run the cutover programme including mock cycles, dress rehearsals, data migration cutover, go/no-go governance, and hypercare.
• Coordinate across all S/4HANA workstreams (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality,



Commercial, Data u**** Analytics) translating functional design into end-to-end scenarios.
• Read test and cutover findings for operating model, process, and change adoption signals and engage business leadership in their language.
