and propose formulation improvements.About YouA degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.3+ years of experience in coatings or a similar industry, with strong formulation and testing skills.Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.Proficient in Microsoft Office and experimental design software or statistical analysis.Experience working with commercial or customer?Availability to travel internationally during the training period is required.Personal vehicle to access the Site (in an industrial area).
