EMEA Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Supply Chain Manager for a manufacturing site near Barcelona.
This is a site based leadership role focused on optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes in a fast-paced environment.
The position offers an excellent opportunity to lead a talented team, improve operational efficiencies, and drive cost savings across all Supply Chain activities.
Oversee end-to-end material planning, inventory management and logistics operations at the site.
Develop and implement strategies to improve lead times, capacity utilization, and inventory management.
Lead and develop a team, including coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
Drive cost-saving initiatives and procurement targets aligned with site objectives.
Continuously analyze supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions.
Proven experience in supply chain management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Hands?on expertise in planning, inventory control, and capacity modelling.
Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Proficiency in SAP and experience managing ERP system implementations.
