Experteer Overview In this role, you own the Time u0026amp; Attendance product lifecycle for a global Time u0026amp; Absence portfolio. You drive value across HR operations and digital delivery, ensuring compliant, scalable Workday Absence Management solutions. You partner with HR, Legal, Payroll, IT, and vendors to prioritize work and enable a seamless employee experience. You will lead change and continuous improvement across multi-country environments, making an impact at scale. - Own product decisions for Time u0026 Attendance across the global portfolio, including budgeting and prioritization
- Hands-on configuration and maintenance of Workday Absence Management for multiple countries
- Manage stakeholder relationships across HR, Legal, Payroll, and Digital teams
- Oversee vendor partnerships with third-party time and attendance providers, including SLAs and contract negotiations
- Ensure compliance with local working time laws, labor regulations, and data privacy (GDPR) across supported countries
- Lead change management for system upgrades and regulatory changes, including release notes and adoption monitoring




- Drive operational excellence through incident handling, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement across HR platformsResponsabilidades
- Proven HR technology or Time u0026 Attendance product management experience in multinational environments
- WD Pro certification: Workday Absence (Core HCM prerequisite) – essential; equivalent significant WD Absence experience considered
- At least 1 full‑cycle Absence implementation as independent configuration consultant/SME
- Strong Workday HCM integrations knowledge and time-to-payroll data flows across countries
- Tier 3 Workday Absence domain support experience (at least 1 year)
- Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and manage vendor SLAs
- Familiarity with multi-country working time directives, collective agreements, and data privacy
- Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and end-to-end product lifecycleRequisitos principales
