Experteer Overview In this role you build and deploy end-to-end ML solutions to support Allianz Direct’s pricing, claims, and operations. You will work with a diverse team of data scientists and ML engineers across Europe to turn business needs into scalable models hosted on a Databricks-based platform. You’ll tackle a range of modelling problems and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our ML platform and knowledge sharing. - Develop and deploy end-to-end ML solutions from ideation to monitoring
- Tackle modelling problems across pricing, claims, and operations
- Collaborate with dev engineers to integrate models into processes
- Contribute to ML platform development for batch and API inference

- Use Python, Databricks, MLflow in a modern tech stackResponsabilidades
- MSc or PhD in a relevant technical field
- 至少3 years in data science or ML engineering
- Strong ML fundamentals and experience with classification, regression, and other predictive problems
- Proficiency in Python and libraries like pandas and scikit-learn
- Experience hyperparameter tuning and working with boosting models
- Experience with MLOps on Databricks or in insurance is a plus
