From Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development,manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with 85 yearsworking for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our Team, asR&D; Packaging Category ExpertMissionLead the innovation and standardization strategy for a category of packaging materials (e.cardboard/fiber or rigid/flexible plastics), ensuring a balance between sustainability, performance, cost, and machinability.
You will be the key contact for defining material roadmaps, commercializing new solutions,



and ensuring the "pack-machine fit" on high-speed production lines.The activities will be able to perform at several plants of the group in Europe depending on the project.scale to plant with formal validations (FAT/SAT/VAT, industrial trials, line trials, run?at?rate), ensuring pack?to?machine fit on high?Specifications, quality & compliance : define test methods (e.load, compression, drop, transport) and manage change control with full traceability and applicable regulations.sourcing) and manage performance (capability, stability, total cost of packaging).
