360° IT Recruitment Consultant - Dutch Speakers

Languages: Fluent Dutch and English (French is a plus)
What you'll do (we train you from scratch)This is a 360° role, mixing sales, recruitment, and relationship management.
ResponsibilitiesProspect new clients via calls, emails and social selling
Pitch recruitment solutions to decision?makers
Negotiate commercial terms
Manage pressure, targets and multiple priorities




Build long?term partnerships across the Benelux market
Interview and advise candidates on their careers
Match talent with client needs
