You will be responsible for defining the solution architecture, ensuring effective integration with surrounding systems, and supporting the solution throughout implementation and deployment.What You Will Be DoingDefine and own the solution architecture for HR Mini Master (HRMM) in SAP S/4HANA.Design the HRMM solution based on business and technical requirements, including how employee and organizational data is represented and maintained within S/4HANA.Design and oversee integrations between HRMM and SAP and non-SAP systems, workday, including data flows, mappings, interfaces, and relevant integration mechanisms.Work closely with HR/HCM functional consultants, integration teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders, providing architectural guidance throughout implementation.Support testing, deployment, cutover, and resolution of technical, data, and integration issues.QualificationsQualificationsStrong experience with SAP HCM / HR and a solid understanding of HR master data and organizational structures.Experience designing or implementing HR Mini Master (HRMM)



solutions in SAP S/4HANA.Strong understanding of relevant SAP HCM areas, particularly Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
