Experteer Overview As a Scrum Master in SD Worx's Cloud Hosting u0026amp; Infrastructure Tribe, you lead agile practice and servant leadership to boost team collaboration and delivery. You coach squads, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and remove blockers while fostering psychological safety and continuous improvement. You support personal growth, guide HR-related processes, and align with product owners to keep the backlog well-prioritised. - Act as a servant leader and coach to the squad
- Facilitate Scrum events: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Identify and remove team impediments to maintain delivery flow

- Skilled at establishing clear communication channels, building cross-functional relationships, and collaborating with engineering and business teams
- Demonstrates empathy and provides tailored support to enhance team member experience
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture
- Experience working in technical environments or with engineering teams
