Experteer Overview In this role you lead regional performance marketing initiatives at Glovo, shaping high-impact campaigns to drive acquisition, activation and re-engagement. You work with cross-functional teams to optimize performance across channels and own regional growth metrics. You apply a hands-on, data-driven approach to daily operations, running A/B tests and sharing insights to elevate team performance. You will impact regional growth across Africa, EE, Balkans or SWE within a fast-paced delivery platform.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Lead creation, development, and optimization of high-impact campaigns for a regional scope
- Drive acquisition, activation, reactivation, and re-engagement through UAC and Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads) and Apple Search Ads
- Own performance targets and deliver on key metrics to drive growth
- Collaborate across Performance Marketing channels (Paid Social, SEM, ASA, programmatic) and with cross-functional teams (design, BI, Martech)
- Lead continuous optimization via A/B testing and performance analysis
- Share insights and best practices to elevate regional team performance
- Oversee large-scale campaigns and coordinate with multiple stakeholders




- Mentor and align regional teams to execute winning strategiesResponsabilidades
- 3-5+ years in performance marketing
- Strong focus on Google Ads (UAC and Paid Search) and Apple Search Ads
- Experience in scaling campaigns and optimizing acquisition funnels for ROAS
- Deep understanding of digital measurement, attribution models, incrementality testing
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Experience managing large-scale campaigns and cross-stakeholder collaboration
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, Google Ads Editor, Adjust, Branch, Appsflyer)
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and can drive projects from strategy to execution
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
