Experteer Overview In this role, you will shape and strengthen Outpayce’s risk and compliance framework to mitigate regulatory, financial and reputational risks. You will partner with Product, Operations, Legal, Risk, Finance and others to embed controls and ensure regulatory readiness. You will lead second-line controls across AML/CTF, sanctions and financial crime risk, coordinate audits, and report to senior governance bodies. You will promote a strong compliance culture through governance, training and industry engagement, making an impact across the organization.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Monitor and escalate compliance incidents and control weaknesses
- Design and operate second-line controls for AML/CTF, sanctions and financial-crime risks
- Assess new products/services for regulatory risk and define mitigating measures
- Coordinate audits, regulatory assessments and assurance reviews
- PrepareRisk u0026 Compliance reporting for senior management and boards
- Oversee compliance operations including SAC, regulatory submissions, whistleblowing and conflicts of interest
- Govern the Risk u0026 Compliance Office via committee coordination and stakeholder management




- Maintain and review policies and procedures to stay aligned with requirements
- Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives
- Act as focal point for Industry Affairs on regulatory developments
- Represent Outpayce in industry associations and forumsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting or another relevant discipline
- At least five years of multi-jurisdictional compliance experience in financial services, payments or fintech
- Experience across general compliance and non-financial risk management
- Knowledge of payment-services regulation including SAC, PSD2/PSD3, outsourcing and data protection
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into processes and controls
- Experience coordinating audits and remediation programmes
- Strong stakeholder-management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Pragmatic, collaborative approach with influencing ability
- Excellent written and verbal English; Spanish desirable;French or German advantageous
- Proficiency with standard office tools and familiarity with GRC/sanctions toolsRequisitos principales
