Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is a fast-growing action sports company that prides itself on attracting passionate and talented individuals.
We are looking for a hands-on Freelance / Contractor Marketing Coordinator to support and coordinate CamelBak's marketing activities across Europe .
Based in Barcelona, the role will work closely with the European Marketing team, making regular in-person collaboration an important part of the project.
The position is freelance and offers flexibility in how the work is organised, while requiring the professional to be based in or around Barcelona to stay closely connected with the team and support European initiatives.The aim of the role is to turn CamelBak's integral brand plans into clear, on-time execution across European markets, including campaigns, launches, events, content, retail and distributor marketing.The main tasks of the position are:Go-to-Market Coordinate the execution of European launches and campaigns with internal teams and external partnersPR & Content Coordinate with regional PR agencies, media and creatorsPropose local content ideasCoordinate photo and video productions when neededEvents & Activations Plan and coordinate CamelBak's presence at agreed European eventsCoordinate suppliers, logistics, branding,



sampling and on-site executionDigital & Social Produce and coordinate European content for social and digital channelsProvide campaign assets for E-commerceCoordinate marketing programs with key retailers, dealers and distributorsShare assets and guidelinesWork regularly with the European Marketing team in Barcelona to align prioritiesEnsure CamelBak is fully integrated into the wider European marketing organizationSpecific deliverables and priorities will be agreed in a project plan and reviewed periodically.Position requirements Qualifications 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with outdoor, cycling, running, sports or lifestyle brandsTrack record with events, activations and integrated campaignsGood knowledge of digital marketing and social mediaExperience across European markets or with distributors is a plusOther European languages are a plusRegistered as self-employed (autónomo) or operating through your own companyCompetences Comfortable handling multiple suppliers and deadlinesAbility to coordinate projects from start to finishStrong collaboration skillsPreferred Experience in outdoor, cycling, running, sports or lifestyle brandsExperience across European markets or with distributorsAdditional European languagesWhat We Offer Flexible organisation of the workRegular collaboration with the European Marketing team in BarcelonaOpportunity to support CamelBak's marketing activities across European marketsProtected Veteran/Disabled
