About the RoleOur client, a fast-growing company in theonline gaming sector, is building a high-performingAcquisition team in Madrid.
They're looking for a Fluent/ProficiencyGerman speaker with strong Englishto drive outbound sales and convert high-intent leads into active customers.

Base salary up to€30k + monthly bonus €*****,000 (OTE €*****k).
What You'll DoEngage with high-intent leads to drive customer acquisition.
Follow structured outbound strategies and use your negotiation skills to maximize conversions.




Record and manage all interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Retention, CRM).
Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings to continuously grow your skills.
What We're Looking ForFluent/Proficiency German Speakerandstrong English.
2–5 years of sales experience, ideally outbound.
CRM knowledge and quick adaptability to new tools.
Excellentsales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven, proactive, and team-oriented.
Based inMadrid(100% onsite).
Work ConditionsSchedule: 10:*****:00 or 11:*****:00 (1-hour lunch).
xkdbapo Monday to Friday
22 vacation days per year.
Contract viathird-party employer.
