We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused German speaker with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in developing a career in sales.Previous sales experience is a plus, but not essential.
Experience in customer service, account management, retail, recruitment, e-commerce or other customer-facing environments can also be highly relevant.As an Inside Sales, you will:Handle and qualify inbound requests from German-speaking prospects and clientsPresent our products and solutions, understanding each client's needsBuild long-term relationships with new and existing clientsTrack your pipeline and activity through CRM (Salesforce)Collaborate with procurement, customer experience, and marketing to ensure an excellent client experienceOnce inbound flow is under control,
