As our platform subject matter expert, you will play a crucial role in managing, optimizing, and scaling our Procore construction management system across our project portfolio. In this role, you’ll directly empower our project teams with the tools and real-time data they need to execute seamless, high-impact construction projects. Manage all company-level and project-level settings, permissions, user accounts, and standardized templates. Deliver technical support and user training: Provide troubleshooting for project teams and external partners while developing onboarding resources to drive platform adoption.



Maintain data integrity and reporting: Perform system audits and build custom dashboards to provide leadership with clear visibility into project performance and metrics. Partner with IT and operations to integrate Procore with core ERP systems and streamline construction workflows.
