We’re hiring: High-Performance Tennis Coach ?
Apex Tennis Academy is growing, and we’re looking for a high-performance coach to join our team in Jávea/Dénia, on Spain’s Costa Blanca.
We’re based at La Sella Tennis Club & Padel, which has 5 clay courts and 2 new hard courts. We keep our groups small on purpose, so every player gets real individual attention from coaches who know them well.
The role
→ Daily training with juniors competing on the Tennis Europe, ITF and Futures circuits
→ Private sessions and small groups, with no more than 2 players per court
→ Video analysis, clear objectives and player reports reviewed every 3 months
→ Travelling with players to international tournaments
We’re looking for
→ A recognised coaching qualification (RFET, RPT, PTR, GPTCA, ITF or equivalent)
→ Proven experience with competitive juniors or pro players
→ A competitive playing background
→ Spanish and English, with other languages a plus
→ Discipline, energy and a team-first mindset
