Descripción del empleo At DO CO, we are looking for a Chef to join our catering team.
Responsibilities Plan and develop dishes within the assigned area in collaboration with the Head Chef, proposing a variety of alternatives based on professional experience and in accordance with established specifications.
Manage and coordinate Sous Chefs, Chef de Partie staff and cooks, ensuring effective teamwork and the achievement of kitchen objectives.
Ensure that all dishes prepared for plating meet the expected quality, presentation and consistency standards.
Experience in providing culinary training and mentoring to kitchen teams.
