C&A; is seeking an experienced, data driven, and highly customer focused Value Realization leader to join our Fit for Future (F4F) Programme.

The Value Realization Lead is responsible for ensuring the programme realizes the intended business benefits, as early as possible.
Develop and maintain the programme business and investment cases, working with Finance to validate assumptions and keep them aligned with budget planning and return on investment.
Establish the value governance model, defining decision rights, benefit owners and reporting cadence, and build stakeholder buy-in and alignment across Business, Tech and PMO.
Partner with business leaders to define KPIs with standard definitions, formulas, data sources and owners.
Monitor performance and outcomes, and report value delivered to the SteerCo and senior stakeholders, flagging gaps early with a clear path to green.




Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deep dives to test value hypotheses and refine them as business priorities evolve
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of budgeting, financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI assessments for large scale digital transformation programme.
Ability to measure and track the financial value delivered through digital transformation initiatives, including cost savings, revenue growth, and improved efficiencies.
Proficiency in tracking and analyzing key business performance indicators (KPIs).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, and managing financial performance in large-scale transformation projects.
Experience working closely with finance and business teams.
Change management certifications or financial management certifications are a plus.
