And now it's time to grow our brand in Italy We're looking for the person who will lead Sesame HR's marketing there: owning the market's social media, media relations, and event presence, and partnering with the Growth team so that everything we do in Italy drives business. Before you keep reading, we've prepared a video where we introduce ourselves and tell you who we are. Build Sesame HR's brand in Italy and turn that visibility into business conversations. You'll be the voice of the Italian market within the company and the go-to reference for brand, community, and content for Italy. Italy social media (full ownership) Define and lead Sesame HR's social media strategy for Italy: goals, priority platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or others), tone, editorial lines, and frequency. Create content end to end: ideation, scripts, copy, visual pieces, and short-form video, with support from Design and Video when needed. Adapt integral campaigns and launches to the Italian market — not by translating, but with references, formats,



and topics that work there. Manage the community: responses, conversation, and collaborations with creators and voices from the Italian HR scene. Measure and optimize: report on reach, engagement, community growth, traffic, and leads generated, turning data into decisions. Keep Italy's editorial calendar aligned with campaigns, events, and commercial priorities. Contribute to the planning of and attend the company's events in Spain (fairs, in-house events, brand activations). Coordinate logistics, materials, and communication before, during, and after each event, including social coverage. Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and influencers in the HR, tech, and business space in Italy. Spot visibility opportunities: rankings, awards, studies, proprietary data, and timely topics where Sesame HR can add value. You'll work hand in hand with Italy's Growth Marketing Specialist and the rest of the team, bringing market knowledge and execution power: Provide local context: trends, topics, pain points, and signals from the Italian market that you pick up on social, at events, and in the media. Support the creation and adaptation of campaign assets: copy, emails, landing pages, video scripts, lead magnets, and Paid Media materials. Review that Growth messaging and content sound native and fit Italian culture. Distribute campaign content on social (webinars, success stories,



guides) to support demand generation. Connect social, events, and PR to the funnel, so every brand activity has a clear path toward acquisition and commercial follow-up. Use tools like Claude, Cowork, ChatGPT, and other generative AI solutions (image, video, voice) for research, ideation, scripts, copy, message adaptation, and analyzing results. Build workflows that let you produce more and better content for Italy without losing the brand voice or your own judgment. Native Italian and fluent Spanish; professional English. 3+ years in marketing, communication, or social media, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or tech. Proven experience leading a brand's social media: strategy, content creation, and measurement (portfolio or examples). Knowledge of the digital, media, and events ecosystem in Italy. Excellent writing in Italian and the ability to adapt tone to each channel and audience. Comfort creating short-form video and native formats for each platform. Contacts in Italian media across HR, tech, or business. Knowledge of the HR sector or people-management software. Hands-on with HubSpot, social listening and scheduling tools (Metricool, Hootsuite, or similar), and analytics. Design and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar). Agile and eager to learn: you make decisions about Italy autonomously and are accountable with data. you work well with Growth, Sales, Design, Video, Product, and teams from other countries. priorities shift and you adapt without losing focus.
