Experteer Overview In this role you help deliver secure, reliable client solutions within SLAs, focusing on installations, break/fix actions, and hands-on configuration.

Compensaciones / Incentivos • Own larger portions of installations and break/fix incidents with low to mid complexity • Lead problem resolution and troubleshooting during project lifecycle • Escalate complex problems to third parties when needed • Assist with documenting SOPs for installations and fixes during ops handover • Compile and maintain project administration (Time Capture and stakeholder feedback)
