Working collaboratively across sales, engineering, operations, and business development teams, you will help customers solve complex business challenges through Emerson's automation, software, reliability, and digital transformation solutions.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Own pursuit strategies and support achievement of annual business objectives within assigned industries and territories.Identify, qualify, and prioritize strategic project opportunities.Lead project pursuit activities and coordinate cross?functional resources to develop winning solutions.Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer business priorities and growth objectives.Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and key decision?makers.Gather and communicate customer, market, and competitive intelligence to support business strategy.Conduct customer meetings, presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations.Support commercial and technical discussions throughout the sales cycle.Expand Emerson's presence in existing and new accounts through proactive business development.Collaborate with integral and regional teams to ensure successful opportunity execution and customer satisfaction.Who You Are:You build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.

You take ownership of results, adapt to changing circumstances, and consistently drive projects and initiatives to successful completion.For This Role, You Will Need:Experience in project pursuit, strategic sales, business development, account management, or a related customer?facing role.Knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), Industrial Software, Reliability Solutions, or Digital Transformation technologies.Experience supporting process automation.Ability to develop customer?focused solutions and business strategies.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders on complex opportunities.Consultative selling and opportunity qualification capabilities.Ability to analyze market trends, customer requirements,
