Job Title: Lead Growth Representative - (Swedish speaking) - Hybrid - High Tech - HT02

At Concentrix, we are looking for a Lead Growth Representative to support one of our projects, driving lead conversion, partner engagement and new business opportunities across the SMB segment. In this role, you will work closely with partners, channel managers and sales teams to qualify opportunities, engage potential customers and accelerate the sales process. You'll combine proactive outreach, data-driven sales strategies and relationship building to help drive business growth.
Qualify and follow up on marketing-generated and partner-led opportunities, collaborate with partners and channel managers, and ensure opportunities progress efficiently through the sales pipeline.
Manage CRM and sales performance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, monitor lead aging and conversion metrics, and ensure smooth handovers to account managers and inside sales teams.
Provide feedback on lead quality, identify opportunities to improve sales workflows and partner engagement, and follow up on outstanding opportunities to support faster sales cycles.
Fluent or bilingual in Swedish plus advanced English
1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development or inside sales, preferably in a B2B, high-tech or SaaS environment.




A strong interest in technology and the ability to explain product benefits in terms of customer needs; Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; Strong analytical and organisational skills, including pipeline management, prioritisation and time management.
Full-time position: Salary base of ****** euros gross /year plus up to ***** euros gross /year plus private medical insurance
