Monitoring and control of information in internal systems

Effective use of Excel and MS-Office
Fluent in English;
Effective handling of operating systems such as CRM, CSM and digital affinity
Information analysis
Ability to work in different tasks and projects at once, meeting internal deadlines/SLA
