Experteer Overview As a Customer Payment Resolution Specialist at Air Products in Barcelona, you will drive timely collections and ensure a positive customer experience.
You'll work with cross-functional teams across Europe to resolve payment issues, disputes, and credit holds, while keeping accurate customer records.
The role sits within the Credit u****amp; Collections team, supporting colleagues and escalating where needed, in a hybrid, multicultural environment.
