Calculate precise IRPF withholdings for seamless coordination with our tax/finance team.Requirements (What you bring)3 to 5 years as an independent consultant or working in high-volume business registries/consultancies.Degree in Labor Relations, HR, Law, or Graduado Social.Expert proficiency in payroll software and Advanced Excel (for cost reporting and data reconciliation).
Deep, up-to-date knowledge of Spanish Labor Law and latest reforms.Contract Type: Freelance / B2B collaboration.Location: Remote.Environment: Startup culture - agile, digital, and no micromanagement.
