About The RoleWe are looking for aFootwear Designerwith strong execution skills and design sensitivity to join our product team in Alicante.
This is a highly operational design role for someone who understands that great design is not only about ideas — it is aboutbringing product to life with precision, speed, and consistency.
You will work closely with the Design team and cross-functional partners to ensure collections are developed correctly from concept to production, supporting a brand that places product at the center of its strategy.
This isnot a remote position— presence in the studio is essential to collaborate, review materials, refine details, and stay close to the development process.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Design SupportDevelop footwear proposals aligned with the creative direction and inputs from the G2 Design team.
Contribute to seasonal collections, capsules, and special projects.
Technical ExecutionCreate detailed technical sheets (fichas técnicas) with accuracy and clarity for factories.
Ensure all specifications are production-ready.
Development CoordinationAct as a connector between design, development, and manufacturing.
Follow up with factories and suppliers to guarantee correct execution of samples.
Ensure the final product reflects the intended design quality.
Material & Trend AwarenessStay informed on materials, constructions, and emerging design movements.
Support research for seasonal inspiration and product evolution.
Team CollaborationWork daily with design, product, and sourcing teams.
What We Are Looking For5+ years in footwear design or product development.
Experience working with factories and technical documentation is strongly preferred.
Strong command of Illustrator and design tools.
Humble and collaborative — design is a team sport.
