A leading international technology company is looking for aresults-driven Account Executiveto join its growing sales team in Madrid.
This is afull-cycle sales positionwhere you'll manage the customer journey from initial contact through client meetings, product demonstrations, free-trial management and ultimatelyclosing new subscriptions.

What You'll DoManage thefull sales cyclefrom initial contact to subscription close
Qualify prospects and identify their business needs
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline activity




Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team
Performance multipliers:
Account Executive 1:€30,000 base
Account Executive 2:€35,000 base
Account Executive 3:€40,000 base
Hybrid ModelFirst4 weeks fully on-site in Madridfor onboarding and training
50% hybrid, available once at least 70% of target is achieved
Required travel expenses covered by the company

Native or bilingual English
1–6 years of solid commercial/sales experience
Background inAccount Executive, BDR, SDR, outbound sales, cold calling, call centre sales, lead generation or business development
Strong sales and closing mindset
Comfortable working with performance metrics
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
We are not prioritizing pure Customer Support/CX profiles without sales experience, career changers transitioning into sales, or significantly overqualified senior candidates.
