Experteer Overview As Sales Manager for the Commando Team, you lead a high-velocity squad focused on converting AM discoveries into revenue.
You'll drive data-informed coaching, upsell strategy, and product-led initiatives across multiple markets.
Compensaciones / Incentivos • Lead and coach a 7-person AE Commando squad across ES, FR, PT, DE, IT, and UK markets to improve closing performance • Develop and own quality scorecards for core commercial skills and drive data-informed coaching • Partner with Head of SA to optimize upsell strategy, including power-pack design and product-complexity classifications • Define, track, and report key metrics via HubSpot dashboards (demos booked, closed deals, AMRR, ARPU, conversion rates)



• Conduct weekly pipeline cadences to ensure deal quality and pristine CRM data hygiene • Serve as primary feedback channel between Commando team and SA leadership; flag risks to monthly AMRR and implement corrective actions Responsabilidades • 4+ years SaaS sales experience, preferably in high-volume SMB or mid-market • Leadership experience managing or leading a team of AEs or SDRs • Extreme data orientation with ability to build reports and derive insights • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Product • CRM proficiency with HubSpot or similar; ability to build custom reports • Fluency in English; Spanish is a strong plus Requisitos principales • Private health insurance • Wellhub gym and wellness perks • Cobee expense management • Language classes • Nora discounts • Free caffeine and theine
