Experteer Overview In this role you drive efficient Ru****amp;D operations by coordinating multi-project planning and resource allocation across SHIS and SBV.
You partner with department heads and global leads to align requirements, maintain daily scheduling, and implement Lean improvements.
You will adapt or build tools to support work, ensure regulatory compliance (cGMP), and report on processes to upper management.
This position offers a hybrid setup and a chance to influence development programs in a dynamic pharma environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos • Plan and prioritize Ru****amp;D operations per global roll-out priorities to maximize efficiency • Discuss and align resource needs with Ru****amp;D heads at SHIS • Coordinate multiproject planning for SHIS with Global Director Pharmaceutical Development • Collaborate with to determine project-specific requirements • Organize manpower and equipment to meet collective demand,



including pilot plant inputs • Maintain the Scheduling System daily to support Ru****amp;D operations • Prepare process reports for upper management and propose efficiency improvements • Identify and drive Lean improvements within Ru****amp;D processes • Adapt existing tools and develop new ones to support the described work • Perform other duties within the scope of Synthon Ru****amp;D, as necessary • Know, comply with and enforce cGMP, labor, risk prevention, environment and social responsibility regulations Responsabilidades • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or related field • Master's Degree in the Pharmaceutical Industry (essential) • English proficiency • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in pharmaceutical Ru****amp;D • Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills with a results orientation • Ability to manage priorities, resources and multiple projects • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills • Proactive problem-solving, teamwork and commitment to continuous improvement Requisitos principales • flexible work schedule • home office (40%) • long term contract • attractive salary and social benefits pack
