Execute multi-agreement payroll runs, including extra payments, arrears, and settlements (finiquitos).
Seamless daily management of Sistema RED (hires/terminations), Delt@/SILTRA (IT/AT parts), and
Strategic Labor AdvisoryAct as a go-to expert for labor inquiries (contract types, dismissals, bonuses, and sanctions).
Calculate precise IRPF withholdings for seamless coordination with our tax/finance team.
Requirements (What you bring)3 to 5 years as an independent consultant or working in high-volume business registries/consultancies.
Degree in Labor Relations, HR, Law, or Graduado Social.
Expert proficiency in payroll software andAdvanced Excel(for cost reporting and data reconciliation).
Deep, up-to-date knowledge of Spanish Labor Law and latest reforms.
