ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage ongoing bookkeeping under German GAAP (HGB) for German and international entitiesHandle accounts receivable and payable: invoicing, payments, and collectionsSupport monthly close, including accruals, deferrals, and account reconciliationsPrepare and file VAT returns and other tax filings (e.g. EC Sales Lists, OSS)Support year-end close, tax audits, and collaboration with auditors and tax advisorsHelp optimise and digitise processes within the SAP ERP systemCoordinate with other teams (e.g. Procurement, Legal, Controlling)Qualifications A completed commercial apprenticeship plus certification as a Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) and/or a comparable qualification, e.g.
