We are partnering with a leading international customer experience company to recruit Customer Support Advisors fluent in Spanish, English, and Galician for a project supporting one of Europe's leading low-cost airlines in Barcelona, Spain.
In this role, you will assist airline passengers with their enquiries, provide support with bookings and travel-related services, and help resolve issues throughout their travel experience via phone, chat, and email.
We are looking for communicative, empathetic, and solution-oriented professionals with a strong customer service mindset and an interest in the travel and aviation industry.
Provide customer support in Spanish, Galician, and English via phone, chat, and email
Assist passengers with booking enquiries and airline services
Offer basic technical assistance related to the airline's digital services and platforms
Deliver friendly, efficient, and customer-focused service
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards
Fluency in Spanish and Galician, both written and spoken
English proficiency at B1–B2 level
Previous customer service experience
Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends
Permanent employment contract in Spain
Full-time position, 39 hours per week
Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 20:00
Five weeks of paid initial training
